On February 3rd, at the 2014 annual meeting, the Immanuel Voters Assembly adopted a resolution to move to a governing board model of governance. The Constitution and By-Laws were voted on and passed as well as the Policy manual which will govern how the Governing Board and all other entities of the congregation adhere to the Constitution and By-Laws, as well as achieve the strategic objectives of the congregation as they have been prayerfully considered and approved.
